This Delta variant of covid is not letting up and I am OVER IT! I miss being able to safely gather in large groups. When I say large groups I mean 200+ sized gatherings lol. I do miss large family gatherings as well, but I'm specifically talking about gatherings like concerts, fashion shows, festivals, day parties, etc. I'm a social butterfly so the last year and a half have been rough for me (and a few of my friends).
My most sought-after list of events to attend last year passed me by and got canceled (I'm still crying a little bit). I really wish there was a magic button that we could push and make covid go away or at least get a cure. Sigh. Wishful thinking, I suppose.
In the last year and a half, YPE has done a lot for social butterflies like myself in the realm of bringing back large events. We have helped so many organizations still be able to have company banquets, award ceremonies, and even graduations! All of these events were captured via live stream.
Live streaming does something that, many times, gets overlooked in the planning of large in-person gatherings. It captures the moment and gives you a tangible memory for later. How awesome is that?!
